This ocean-view, large, pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and tile. Sea Fern is right on the ocean. Within an hour's drive of some of the state's top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, to mention a few.

Summary: Very affordable and a perfect location for our family. We went to the beach daily, made our own lunches and dinners daily and loved the location. Could hear the waves crashing as we settled in on a nightly basis.
